Peter Linz (born June 28, 1967) is an American puppeteer, known for his work with the Muppets. He has been performing on Sesame Street since 1991, on which he inherited the roles of Herry Monster in 2015, and Ernie in 2017. In the latter year, he also began performing several classic Muppet Show characters, including Statler, Robin, Link Hogthrob, and Lips; he has also performed Walter since his debut in the 2011 Muppets film.
