Phillip LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor and voice actor, who was a featured cast member on the sketch comedy series Mad TV and has had an extensive voice acting career, with major roles in animated series, including the titular character of Samurai Jack, Green Lantern on Justice League, Hermes Conrad on Futurama, Static/Virgil Hawkins on Static Shock and Wilt on Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. He has also provided voices for video games such as Metal Gear Solid 2 and 4, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, the Jak and Daxter series, Darksiders, Final Fantasy XII, Infamous, Dead Island, and the Kingdom Hearts series.
