Reminald "Remy" R. Remington is Cricket Green's best friend in the Disney Channel animated series Big City Greens. He is the son of the very wealthy Russell and Rashida Remington, and is constantly being watched over by his family's head bodyguard, Vasquez. Finding his own family life constricting, Remy is an easily stressed and sensitive, but also smart, kid who frequently joins in on Cricket and Tilly's adventures in Big City (and later in the country when the Greens moved back to their old farmhouse during the third season).
Appearances in Christmas specials[]
Remy and his family only have a brief cameo in the series' first Christmas episode, "Green Christmas". When Bill takes Alice and Nancy out caroling with him, they go to the Remingtons' mansion. However, while Bill is distracted hitting a high note, Alice and Nancy slip away before Remy and his parents, along with his bodyguard Vasquez, show up, cringing from the noise that Bill is making. As Bill notices that his mother and ex-wife have slipped away, Remy gives praise to Bill's singing.

Remy has a much larger role in the series' second Christmas episode, "Virtually Christmas", in which he invites Cricket over to his mansion on Christmas Eve so they can play the virtual reality game Outpost Infinity. However, Bill is against this because of the Greens' family traditions, and as predicted, a snowfall strands Cricket at the mansion with no way out. Fortunately, they use the game to meet up inside it and do the family traditions from there; in-game, Remy has reached the maximum amount of XP and has obtained all the upgrades. Cricket asks Remy to keep the game's defense mechanism a secret from his family in fear of Bill never letting him live it down. Remy agrees and takes care of the spawning monsters away from the house, but in doing so, the longer the family stays in the game, the bigger and tougher the enemies get. By the time a snow giant has spawned, Remy is outmatched and disrupts the family's tree topping ceremony, exposing Cricket's lies and making Bill call him out for bailing on them in the first place. After Cricket realizes the true meaning of Christmas, Remy sacrifices all his XP to Mr. Extras to obtain a candy cane cannon to defeat the monster, but this also results in the Greens' in-game house being destroyed. Cricket realizes he can't be away from his family in real life and escapes the blizzard back home, with Remy and his family joining in on the tree topping.
Remy also appears in the framing device for the compilation special Shortsmas with Big City Greens.
