Richard "Richie" Rich, Jr. is a comic book character created by Alfred Harvey and Warren Kremer for Harvey Comics in 1953. Dubbed "the poor little rich boy," Richie is the only child of fantastically wealthy parents and is the world's richest kid. In spite of his incredible wealth, he is very kind and charitable.
Appearances in Christmas specials[]
To date, Richie's only appearances in Christmas specials were the 1980 Hanna-Barbera Richie Rich episode "Richie and Santa Claus" and the 1998 live-action direct-to-video film Richie Rich's Christmas Wish.
