Robert Fredrick "Rob" Paulsen III (born March 11, 1956) is an American voice artist and singer. He is known for voicing numerous cartoon characters, such as Raphael in the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series and Donatello in the 2012 series, Gladstone Gander in the original DuckTales, Steelbeak in Darkwing Duck, P.J. from Goof Troop, Yakko Warner, Dr. Scratchansniff, and Pinky from Animaniacs, Antoine Depardieu in the Sonic the Hedgehog Saturday morning cartoon, Carl Wheezer from The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius, Reuben from Lilo & Stitch: The Series, and Jack Fenton from Danny Phantom.
