Sam Spangles is the tertiary antagonist from the Rankin/Bass Christmas made-for-TV movie Rudolph and Frosty's Christmas in July. He is an evil carney who intends on shutting down Lilly Loraine's Circus by the Sea. He bares a noticeable resemblance to Professor Hinkle, the villain from the original Frosty the Snowman special. However, it is unknown if the two characters are related in some way or if the resemblance is a coincidence.
