Shana "Scarlett" O'Hara is a character from the G.I. Joe franchise. She first appeared as an action figure in 1982 and made her fictional debut in issue #1 of the G.I. Joe comic series, in June of the same year. She is one of the original members of the G.I. Joe team, and has remained as a lynchpin of the team alongside Snake-Eyes. She has also led the team in many incarnations of the franchise.
