Scoop T. Snowman is the narrator of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and the Island of Misfit Toys, replacing the role of Sam the Snowman from the original special. He is a sentient snowman who is a reporter for the Christmas Chronicles, the North Pole's only newspaper.
