Scott McNeil (born September 15, 1962) is an Australian-born Canadian actor known for guest roles on shows such as The Outer Limits, Highlander: The Series, Stargate SG-1, Supernatural, and Riverdale and appearances in movies such as Warriors of Virtue and Woody Woodpecker (2017). As a voice actor, he is known for voicing Wrath-Amon and Greywolf on Conan the Adventurer, Dead-Eye Duck on Bucky O'Hare and the Toad Wars, Dr. Wily on the Ruby-Spears produced Mega Man series, Piccolo on the Funimation/Ocean dub of Dragon Ball Z, Wolverine on X-Men: Evolution, Ace the Bathound on Krypto the Superdog, and Flam on My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
