Scratcher is the secondary antagonist of Rudolph and Frosty's Christmas in July. He was going to be one of Santa's reindeer, but was fired due to constantly stealing presents and candy canes, and after Rudolph became a member of Santa's team, Scratcher was sent to live in the Cave of Lost Rejections.
