Stormella, The Evil Ice Queen is the (former) main antagonist of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Movie. She was voiced by Whoopi Goldberg, who also voiced Shengzi from Lion King while Carmen Twillie provided her singing voice.

As her name and title suggests, she has magical powers over snow and ice since she is an ice witch, She also has a snow bridge connecting her castle to Santa's village. She used her magic wand to blow up the strongest snowstorm to crush Santa and his village, but Rudolph saved her and in return, she turned good. Near the end of the film, she receives an ice sculpture of herself from Santa.
