Susan Gaye Tolsky (April 6, 1943 - October 9, 2022) was an American actress and voice-over actress famous for playing Biddie Cloom from Here Come the Brides and voicing various characters for Disney Television Animation, most notably Binkie Muddlefoot from Darkwing Duck.
