The advertised title of this special on posters and DVDs is Rudolph and Frosty's Christmas in July but the title card of the film says Rudolph and Frosty: Christmas in July. We usually go by the title card as the highest authority of the film's title. Which should we use? —Scott (talk) 04:30, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
- The poster was for the original theatrical release, and according to Goldschmidt's Rankin/Bass book, which I cited, it's what they called it, and what was used on marquees when the movie played, so in this instance, I'd say that's good enough. -- Andrew Leal (talk)
