Tara Lynn-Charendoff Strong (born February 12, 1973) is a Canadian-born actress, and singer, known for her voice acting in animated films, television, and video games. She is best known as the voice of Bubbles from The Powerpuff Girls, Dil Pickles from Rugrats and All Grown Up!, Timmy Turner and Poof from The Fairly OddParents, Batgirl/Barbara Gordon from The New Batman Adventures, Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Raven from Teen Titans, Ben Tennyson from Ben 10 and Unikitty from Unikitty!
