Teresa Anne "Terri" Hawkes (born January 31, 1958) is a Canadian actress, voice director and writer, best known for guest roles on TV shows such as General Hospital, Road to Avonlea, The Outer Limits, and Earth: Final Conflict. As a voice actress, she is known for being the first voice of Baby Hugs and Shreeky on the Nelvana version of Care Bears, Bianca Dupree on Beverly Hills Teens, and the second voice of Serena/Sailor Moon on the DiC/Cloverway dub of Sailor Moon.
