"The Customer's Usually Right" is the second Christmas episode of the NBC sitcom Wings, aired in the show's fourth season.

Joe is irritated about getting charged a rewind fee for a returned videotape which he believes that he rewound. It ends up costing Debbie, the kind old lady at the video store, her job. His chagrin deepens when he finds out that the tape hadn't been rewound. More guilt is heaped upon his shoulders when he finds out that Debbie suffered a stroke following her firing. He visits her in the hospital, only to find her entire family present, and she seems to recover after hearing his apologetic words. Joe, who never identified himself to the family, ducks out before Debbie fully awakens, making the family believe he was some manner of a divine celestial visitor.

The episode was made available on the Wings: The Complete Fourth Season DVD set, released by Paramount Home Entertainment on May 15, 2007. Mill Creek Entertainment, after they acquired the rights to the series, reissued the DVD set on January 21, 2014, and again as part of a "Complete Series" set on November 11th of the same year.
