A girl named Anneka asks a pine tree (*possibly named Tannenbaum?) to stay green through the winter to remind people of spring, but King Winter is unhappy and throws him into his dungeon. Anneka teams up with two new and unlikely friends, Piney & Little Acorn, to save Tannenbaum.
