Silvio Peter "Tino" Insana (February 15, 1948 - May 31, 2017) was an American actor, voice artist, producer, screenwriter, and singer. He has made brief acting appearances in films such as Neighbors, Three Amigos, Who's Harry Crumb?, and Beverly Hills Cop III. He has also made guest appearances on situation comedy series, such as Night Court and Mad About You. Additionally, he voiced Bushroot on Darkwing Duck, Mr. Grouper on Bubble Guppies from 2011 to 2016, Uncle Ted on Bobby's World, and Pig in Barnyard and its spin-off TV series.
