Thomas James "Tom" Kenny (born July 13, 1962) is an American actor, voice actor, singer, and comedian who is best known as the voice of SpongeBob SquarePants from the Nickelodeon animated series of the same name, on which he has also voiced SpongeBob's pet snail Gary and the narrator, and also portrayed Patchy the Pirate. Outside of SpongeBob SquarePants, Kenny has also voiced Heffer Wolfe from Rocko's Modern Life, Cupid in The Fairly OddParents, the Mayor of Townsville and the narrator from The Powerpuff Girls, Eduardo from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, and the Ice King from Adventure Time. He is also the current voice of Rabbit from Winnie the Pooh.
