Velma Dinkley is a character from the Hanna-Barbera animated television series Scooby-Doo. She is a highly intelligent young woman who is the brains of Mystery Inc. She is often the one who figures out the mystery, with Fred Jones, Daphne Blake, Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo's help.
