William R. Kowalchuk Jr. is the founder of his Hollywood-based production company Tundra Productions, Inc., with the animation produced in Hong Kong by Colorland Animation Productions. His company has collapsed as he retired after At Jesus Side (2007) completed the production phase whilist Oh, Max! went unsold.
