Winterbolt is an evil snow sorceror who brings blizzard and snowstorms upon the North Pole. He nearly strikes a resembelence with Winter Warlock. When Lady Boreal come face to face with Winterbolt in human form, she used her powers of light to place him in a very long slumber. Several years later, he reawakened from his eternal sleep and prepares to spread chaos and sorrow once again. When he heard that Santa Claus is king of the North Pole, he was furious until he came up with a sinister plot to eliminate him. He also discovered how to extinguish Rudolph's nose.
