Zoey's mother is the wife of an unnamed buck, the mother of Zoey and a minor character in the 1998 film Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Movie.

Zoey's mother makes her first appearance in the film at The Christmas Eve Launch with her husband and daughter watching Santa Claus and the Flyers take off.
She next appears years later when she and her husband along with Blitzen and Mitzi come to Santa for help to find Rudolph and Zoey. On Christmas Eve, she is reunited with Zoey when she is found along with Rudolph, Slyly, Leonard by Boone and Doggle.
She is last seen along with her husband, Zoey, Arrow and several of the other villagers on Christmas Day singing Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer as they welcome back Rudolph, Santa and the Flyers back from their deliveries.
